Being first-time homeowners, we searched for close to two years to find our "perfect home." After going to countless open houses, both of new builds and existing houses, we continually came back to the CVE models. There was just something about the quality and coziness of the CVE homes that stood out among all the other houses out there...and the price was right! Once we decided to build, and throughout the entire process, we couldn't have been happier. There was no doubt we had made the right decision. CVE builders were so efficient, guided us through the home building process, and worked closely with us in order to make our home just as we wanted it. Everyday we came to see how our house was coming along, and we were continuously impressed with the quality of each and every little detail of our new home. The final product was beyond our expectations, and even right through the closing process, working with CVE was stress free and enjoyable! We've been living in our CVE home for four months now, and we are continually impressed by the comfort and quality of our home. We wanted to take a moment again and thank you for everything you did to make our new house possible. We get more excited everyday that we go out and check on the house and something new is going on. The last two months have flown by with so many decisions to make and hoping we are making the right ones! The process has been quite painless just like you said and Scott and Neal have been great thus far. As you made us aware there have been things that have come up that we weren't even thinking about and choices that might cost more money but all the little extras is what will make our new house a true home. As you are aware we have a pretty tight budget but we have been able to stay within our "unexpected additions" budget just fine even with some of the additions we have made to the house. These additions and the house are possible because of you working with us in the beginning on price and helping us stay within budget. So as the house comes together more each day we are reminded that you guys made this all possible so we decided we should send an email and express what we talk about on what seems to be a weekly basis.
